It was a huge privilege to present some of my recent animation work at this year’s Society for Animation Studies conference, held this year in Lisbon, Portugal! When I go to conferences, I am usually asked to speak on something to do with my teaching practice, so this was a very fun shift of focus. It was also a great opportunity to reflect on a thread of practice that began almost by accident with The Hundred-Eyed Satellite, and has extended as a strategy into several projects. Cheers to SAS and Universidade Lusófona for an excellent week!
